Yamal LNG has extended the scope of certification and confirmed compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007

Moscow, July 27, 2018. JSC Yamal LNG informs about successful external recertification audit of the Integrated Management System in Health, Safety, Environment and Social Responsibility (hereinafter — IMS) with extended scope of certification.

The following processes were added in the scope of certification: operation of upstream facilities, production of liquefied natural gas and stabilized gas condensate, their off-loading.

British Standards Institution (BSI), an international certification authority, based on the substantiated evidence obtained during the audit conducted from May 28 through June 09, 2018, confirmed Yamal LNG’s compliance with IMS requirements set out in the new revision of the international standard ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 — Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the extended scope of certification. The certificates are valid until June 24, 2020.

Note
Yamal LNG has held ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification since June 2014. In June 2017 a certification audit was successfully passed as per the new version of standard ISO 14001:2015.
