Yamal LNG tenders are governed by Yamal LNG’s corporate Tender Committee Regulations and Tender Procedures, as approved by Yamal LNG Executive Order. Tender procedures that are subject to the documents above may not be considered as "sales in the form of a tender" within the scope of Articles 447-449 of the RF Civil Code.

Tenderers shall bear their own expenses related to the preparation and submission of Tender/ Pre-qualification documentation. Tender organizer shall in no way have any obligations nor bear any liability for such expenses.
